Using the service

Use mynext9to5 for documents and job-search information you are authorized to process. Keep your account secure. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, abuse public comments, attempt unauthorized access or bypass usage controls.

Your work and AI output

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize processing needed to operate the features you request and sharing you explicitly create. Review every generated statement for accuracy before using it. Scores and suggestions are guidance; we do not guarantee compatibility with every ATS, interview invitations, offers or employment.

Plans and payments

Published limits apply to each plan; paid plans are not unlimited. The amount and billing interval must be reviewed at Stripe checkout. Manage subscriptions through the billing portal. Account deletion does not cancel an active payment subscription. Ask support about refunds or billing disputes. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or terms/promises applicable to an existing purchase.

Availability and questions

Features can be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or provider failures. Save/export important work. Team management, SSO, bulk processing and a public developer API are not currently offered. Contact support for account, privacy or billing questions.
