What does Starter include?

Starter includes 1 saved resume project, 3 signed-in ATS scans per calendar month, 3 interview practices per month and 1 job search per day. Anonymous ATS checks have a separate IP-based limit.

Are paid plans unlimited?

No. Pro and Premium include up to 999 monthly ATS scans and interview practices, and up to 999 saved resume projects. Pro includes 20 job searches per day; Premium includes 999. These are limits, not guarantees of model availability.

When do limits reset?

Daily and monthly usage periods use UTC. Project and contact allowances do not reset monthly. Annual billing does not increase monthly usage allowances.

How do I manage billing?

Use the billing portal from your account. Review the amount, billing interval and effective date shown by Stripe before confirming any change. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

How much does annual billing cost?

Pro is $96 per year ($8/month equivalent); Premium is $288 per year ($24/month equivalent), before any applicable taxes. This is 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Confirm the final amount at checkout.

What about refunds?

Contact support with your billing question. This page does not add or remove any existing purchase rights, mandatory consumer rights or promises made when you purchased.

Are Enterprise features available?

No. Team management, SSO, custom branding, API access and bulk processing are not currently available. Contact support to discuss needs; there is no Enterprise checkout.
